Processing time does not include shipping time.

Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has shipped.

It may take 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Carrier issues
Weather
Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

5. Incorrect Address

If a customer provides an incorrect address, we are not responsible for lost packages.
