We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

In original packaging
With proof of purchase
Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Clear photos
Video evidence (if applicable)
Order number
Claims without sufficient documentation may be denied.
3. Non-Defective / Preference-Based Returns
Please note:
Comfort, firmness, feel, or personal preference are subjective and do not qualify as product defects.
Minor variations in color, size (±1–2cm), or appearance due to manufacturing or display settings do not qualify as defects.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost returns.
